This is the CasinoCompare community: a place for Filipino players to compare notes on PAGCOR-licensed operators.

Who moderates. CasinoCompare moderates every forum, including the operator ones. Operators do not moderate their own forum and cannot remove posts about themselves. That is deliberate, and it is not negotiable.

What you will find here. A forum for each licensed operator we list, plus forums for the things that cut across all of them: payments and withdrawals, bonus terms, sports betting, slots, and news and regulation.

Where to start. If you have a problem with a specific operator, go to that operator's forum and use the pinned dispute thread. If your question is about payments or bonuses generally, use those forums so the answer helps everyone.

What the badges mean

Actions

Some accounts here post with a badge. This is what they mean.

A blue badge reading "[Operator] Representative" means we have confirmed that the person works for that operator. Their posts are highlighted so you can see at a glance who is answering.

The badge names the specific brand, and it is granted for that brand's forum only. A representative of one operator cannot post in a competitor's forum wearing a badge, because the permission does not extend beyond their own.

It means we verified who they are. It does not mean we endorse what they say. Treat their posts as the operator's official position, which is useful, and not as an independent ruling.

What a representative can and cannot do. They can start threads and reply in their own forum, so they can announce changes, answer questions and respond to complaints. They cannot edit or delete anyone's post, and they cannot moderate the forum in any way. Those permissions are simply not granted, so a complaint about an operator can never be removed by that operator.

If you see a badge you do not recognise, ask in this forum and we will explain it.

Actions

Every operator forum has a pinned thread titled "Dispute with [operator]? Post it here". That is the right place, because it keeps the whole history in one place and on that operator's record.

Before you post, contact the operator directly and give them a chance to fix it. Most issues are resolved that way, and we will ask whether you have.

Include: what happened and the dates, any reference or ticket number, the amount if it is a payment issue, and what the operator has told you so far.

Never include: account numbers, government IDs, or screenshots showing your personal details. We remove those without warning, to protect you.

What we do. We pass the details to the operator and keep the thread open until they answer. If it cannot be resolved, we say so publicly and it is reflected in our review of them.

We are not a regulator and cannot compel anyone to pay. For the formal route, see our complaints policy.

House rules

Actions

Short, and we do enforce them.

  • 21 and over only. This is a gambling community.
  • Post facts, not accusations. Say what happened, with dates. Unevidenced claims about an operator get removed, for everyone's protection including yours.
  • No personal data, yours or anyone else's. Never post account numbers, IDs, or screenshots showing them.
  • No affiliate links, referral codes or advertising. Posts containing them are removed and repeat offenders are suspended.
  • Licensed operators only. Threads promoting or asking about unlicensed sites are removed. We list PAGCOR-licensed operators exclusively and the community follows the same rule.
  • Be civil. Disagree with the argument, not the person.

If gambling has stopped being fun, go to the Responsible Gaming forum. You can ask for help there without posting publicly.

How we rate operators

Actions

People often ask how our rankings work, so here is the short version.

Every operator we list holds a PAGCOR licence. We do not list grey-market sites, and we never have. The current accredited list is published by the regulator and we track it: PAGCOR accredited operators.

Beyond licensing, operators carry an independent TESTA score. It is explained in full at About TESTA.

If you disagree with a rating, say so in Ask CasinoCompare with your reasoning. Player experience is exactly the kind of evidence that should feed into a rating, and this community is part of how we hear it.
