- which sports and competitions you follow there
- whether in play keeps up during a live match
- how the odds compare with the other licensed books you hold accounts with
- anything the app or site does well, or does badly, when you are trying to get a bet on quickly
Local leagues especially. Plenty of sportsbooks are fine on the Premier League and thin on the PBA, and that is the sort of thing a rating out of 100 will never tell you.
