If you have used an operator and our review does not match your experience, this is the place to argue with it.
Useful when you post:
- which operator, and which part of the review you think is wrong
- what happened to you, with rough dates
- whether it looks like a one off or something consistent
What we will do. Read it, check what we can, and reply in the thread. If we got something wrong we will change the page and say that we did. If we disagree, we will explain why rather than leave it hanging.
Player experience is exactly the sort of evidence a rating should absorb. That is not a courtesy, it is the point.
