How our operator ratings are put together

Fair question, asked often, so here it is in the open.

Licensing is the entry requirement. If an operator does not hold a PAGCOR licence we do not list it, whatever it pays. There is no rating to discuss.

The ratings. Each operator carries an overall score out of 100, and separate scores for casino games, slots and sportsbook where they apply. They come from what we can assess ourselves: the size and quality of the product, the terms attached to offers, the payment methods and their limits, support availability, and how clearly the operator sets out its own rules.

TESTA is separate, and covers the parts of the journey a player actually feels: registration, deposit, withdrawal and verification. It is explained at About TESTA.

What ratings cannot see is the thing this community can: whether a withdrawal that is supposed to be instant actually is, week after week.

How we make money. Affiliate commission, from operators, when someone signs up through us. That is worth stating plainly. It does not buy a rating and it does not buy a licence check, and if you think you can see it in a score, say so in this forum and make us answer.
