A cashout that has not moved is not automatically a scandal. Work through it in this order and most of them resolve.
- Check your verification status. If anything is outstanding, that is almost always the reason.
- Check for bonus funds in the balance. Unfinished wagering blocks withdrawals at most operators.
- Check the method and the name match the account.
- Contact support and get a ticket number. Ask specifically what is outstanding and when it will be paid.
- Give them a reasonable window, normally a few working days, with the ticket open.
- Then post in that operator's forum, in the pinned dispute thread, with the dates and the ticket number.
We pass unresolved cases to the operator and keep the thread open until they answer. We are not a regulator and cannot compel anyone to pay, but an operator that will not answer a documented case in public is telling you something.
