This is the most useful thing in this forum, so it gets its own thread.
Every PAGCOR-licensed operator must verify your identity. You can do it on the day you sign up, or you can do it while staring at a withdrawal that will not move. Same paperwork, very different mood.
Do it on day one:
- Upload your ID as soon as the account is open.
- Use your real name, exactly as it appears on that ID, when you register. A mismatch is the single most common rejection.
- Make sure your e-wallet is in the same name as your betting account.
- Have a proof of address ready if they ask for one.
Never post your documents or ID numbers in this community. Not in a thread, not to prove a point in a dispute. Describe what happened instead.
If an operator has asked you for something that seems unreasonable, post what was asked, without the documents, and we will tell you whether it is normal.
