- which channel did you use, and did it work
- how long before a person, rather than a bot, replied
- was the issue actually resolved, or just closed
- if it was a payment problem, did contacting support move it along
Good experiences are as useful as bad ones here. Support that answers is one of the few things that genuinely separates operators, and it is almost impossible to judge from the outside.
