- do you use an app or the mobile site, and why
- does it stay logged in, or drop you at the worst moment
- how it behaves on mobile data rather than wifi
- anything that is easy on desktop and painful on a phone, like verification uploads or claiming a promotion
If you are on an older handset, say so. Reviews get written on new phones and that is not what most people are actually holding.
